Terms of Service
Last updated: July 14, 2026
By accessing and using FreshTrack ("the Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree to them, please do not use the Service.
FreshTrack is a personal kitchen-inventory service. It keeps a dated ledger of the food in your fridge, freezer and pantry, warns you before items expire, maintains a shopping list, and reports monthly on what you used versus tossed.
To use the Service you must sign in with Google. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activity under it. Each kitchen ledger is private to the account that created it.
Expiry statuses, warning windows, and smart shelf-life suggestions are guidance, not food-safety advice. Dates you enter, and defaults we suggest, are estimates. Always rely on your senses and official food-safety guidelines before consuming anything.
FreshTrack is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Micah Mei (FreshTrack) shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from your use of, or inability to use, the Service.
You may erase all of your data at any time from Settings. Erasure is immediate and permanent: your ledger, shopping list, waste history and preferences are deleted and cannot be recovered.
Privacy Policy

Authentication data from Google (email, basic profile), the kitchen data you log (items, dates, locations, quantities, shopping list, waste history), and your preferences (profile answers and settings).
Only to provide the Service: displaying your ledger, computing expiry statuses and reminders, and building your waste report. Your kitchen data is never analyzed for advertising, sold, or shared for any other purpose.
We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information. Information is shared only with the infrastructure providers that host the Service, under confidentiality obligations, or when required by law.
Browser reminders are optional and off by default. Enabling them asks for your browser's notification permission; the daily check runs against your own ledger and no reminder content leaves your account.
Access and correct your data through the Service, erase your account data permanently from Settings, and withdraw consent by erasing your data.
FreshTrack is not intended for users under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
